Through the contact form we collect: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, country and, optionally, medical information you choose to share with us in your message or in your medical documents.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to: (a) contact you about your request for a medical opinion, (b) allow our medical team to review your medical documents, and (c) organise any subsequent treatment. We do not use your data for other marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR / UK GDPR for medical data), given by ticking the consent box in the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long we keep your data
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to medical institutions.
6. Who we share your data with
Medical data is accessed exclusively by the medical team and the international patient coordinators of Anadolu Medical Center. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (the ICO in the United Kingdom, or your national data protection authority in the EU). 8. Data security
Data submitted through the form is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to authorised personnel.
